Grey Oak Custom Homes - Complete Rehab Project
Once identified by the city as a potential tear-down, this Fair Park property was given a completely different future. With vision, planning and a commitment to seeing the potential beyond its original condition, the property was transformed into a true hidden gem.
The renovation focused on bringing new life to the home while taking advantage of its location in one of the area’s popular neighborhoods. What was once viewed as a property nearing the end of its useful life is now a beautifully revitalized home with renewed character, functionality and appeal.
This project is a great example of what is possible when you look beyond the condition of a property and recognize the opportunity. A property once headed toward demolition is now a home worth appreciating in the heart of Fair Park.
