Grey Oak Custom Homes - Southernview Total Interior/Exterior Renovation

Located in highly desirable Southernview, this property was once an abandoned and distressed home that many would have considered beyond saving. With careful planning, thoughtful design and a clear vision for the potential of the property, it was given an entirely new life.

Rather than starting over, the existing opportunity was carefully evaluated and transformed into a custom home that takes full advantage of its mature lot and established surroundings. The renovation focused on creating a home that feels intentional, functional and completely unique to its setting.

Today, what was once an overlooked property has become a beautiful custom home in one of the area’s most desirable neighborhoods—a true example of how the right vision, planning and craftsmanship can transform a distressed property into something special.
