Grey Oak Custom Homes - Full Interior/Exterior Renovation with Attic Conversion
Located in popular Hills and Dales and just a short walk from Purdue, this property was a true time capsule, with few updates in more than 50 years.
Rather than erase the character that made the home special, the renovation focused on preserving its original details while thoughtfully bringing the property into the modern era. Original architectural elements and timeless character were carefully maintained and complemented with updated finishes, modern functionality and thoughtful improvements throughout.
The result is a home that respects its history while offering the comfort and style expected today—a thoughtful blend of original character and modern living in one of the area's most desirable locations.
