Grey Oak Custom Homes - Whole House Renovation & Extension

What began as a custom-built home more than 30 years ago was reimagined through a significant addition and complete reworking of the original floor plan. The goal was to create a home that matched the quality of its setting while offering a more modern, functional and sophisticated living experience.

The expanded floor plan was thoughtfully designed to create a seamless flow throughout the home, with carefully selected finishes and custom details that bring the entire property together. The design embraces a modern California coastal aesthetic, combining clean lines, natural textures, warm tones and an inviting sense of openness.

Set on a private cul-de-sac lot within the West Lafayette school system, the finished property has been transformed into one of the area’s standout estate homes—a unique combination of location, scale, thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship.
