Grey Oak Custom Homes - Westport Full Interior Renovation

Located in popular Westport, this patio home was virtually unchanged since it was originally built nearly 25 years ago. Rather than simply updating finishes, the project focused on reimagining the home from the inside out while taking advantage of the solid foundation and “bones” of the original design.

The space was thoughtfully opened up to create a more comfortable, connected floor plan with a warm, modern feel. Updated materials, custom details and carefully selected finishes brought new character and personality to the home while maintaining its welcoming scale and functionality.

What began as an entirely original patio home has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind custom retreat—proof that with the right vision, thoughtful design and attention to detail, an existing home can be completely reimagined.
